Arrival Time Services
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of your scheduled services. It allows you to check-in, complete a health history questionnaire.

Cancellation
We require 24 hours advance notice. Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.  

 

Late Arrival
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatments as they will end on time and the full treatment price will apply.
